The COO will report to the CEO and will be responsible for approximately 3,800 employees reporting through a network of senior direct reports who oversee: Nursing, Medical Affairs; Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Allied Health, and other departments. As such they will provide the day-to-day leadership for the hospital. CEO (ValleyCare Medical Foundation)
Morgan Consulting Resources has been retained to conduct the CEO search for ValleyCare Medical Foundation, a wholly owned non-for-profit subsidiary of ValleyCare Health System in Livermore, CA, scheduled to begin operation in the third quarter of 2008. We are seeking a collaborative, hands-on leader with an excellent understanding of the large medical group environment to manage the launch and growth of the Medical Foundation. The CEO will execute the vision for the company, build the infrastructure, integrate the physician practices and staff to support the organization, and drive expansion efforts.
